Duan Liping.



Duan Liping, female, is a native of Renshou County, Sichuan, a Doctor of Letters, an Associate Professor, and a Master’s Supervisor.

She presided over one project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and one project of Science and Technology Innovation of the Central Universities' Basic Scientific Research Business Fund.

She presided over several teaching reform projects at the university level of Southwest Jiaotong University, and actively explored the teaching and cultivation model of classical poetry literacy enhancement for science and technology students. "Classroom Teaching + Online Poetry Teahouse - Exploration and Practice of Classical Poetry Literacy Enhancement Cultivation Model for Excellent Engineers" won the second prize of the university-level teaching achievements in 2020.

She published more than thirty papers in important journals, including Ethnic Literature Studies, Dunhuang Studies, and Chinese Poetics in China.

She published monographs "Studies on the Late Xikun School", "Evidence of the Biography of Song Cai Zi" (co-editor); textbook "Selected Lectures on Song Lyrics", "Lineage on the Track - Appreciation, and Composition of Chinese Classical Poetry Network".

Major research interests included Tang, Song, Jin, and Yuan literature, minority literature, and general education. Offered courses such as "Ancient Chinese Literature", "The Beauty of Song Lyrics", "Study of Song Poetry", and "Study of Tang Poetry" etc.
